Gas Gas presents its TXT Replica Factory 2013
The Gas Gas brand presents its new model, the Gas Gas TXT Replica Factory 2013, a marvel of the trial range that will meet all the expectations of enthusiasts of this discipline, so take a look and discover this new machine that arrives with great force to the two-wheeler market.
The Gas Gas brand presents its new machine, so as the result of constant research and innovation, we have what will be one of the world’s leading trial models, the Gas Gas TXT Pro Replica Factory 2013.
This bike has been developed by Adam Raga, a true delicacy within reach of trial enthusiasts who seek exclusivity. So don’t miss out: the new Gas Gas TXT Replica Factory 2013 is set to be the bike of the year in its range, inheriting the legacy of the Replica Raga 2012. It seemed impossible to improve an excellent product, but thanks to the work of the Gas Gas R&D team, together with the racing department, the bar has been raised. The Gas Gas TXT Replica Factory 2013 comes with multiple new features.
In the engine section, the highlight is the new radiator, which was already fitted to the latest Racing model and has been optimized to provide better cooling than the previous (Behr) units, which were larger. Even with lower volume, the engine benefits from this change.
Another first is the new design of the air filter box. Drawing on the experience of the Gas Gas official racing team, the box has been opened at the front to improve incoming airflow. It includes an inner cover to protect the filter when water may enter the box. This cover has been designed for easy maintenance, and to handle it you use the same key used to remove the air filter box cover. Due to these changes, the ignition maps for each engine configuration have been reviewed and adjusted again.
Precisely, the new Gas Gas TXT Replica Factory models are fitted with a Keihin carburetor with a complete Kokusan ignition system. Moving on to the chassis, an easily visible novelty is the new front suspension. The Tech forks are made of aluminum with anti-friction treatment and a new configuration. Weight has been reduced by 700 grams, while maintaining the same stability and good feel that last year’s steel stanchions provided. To continue the lightweight suspension approach, the fork clamps have been updated with some details that make them lighter.
At the rear, the Reiger shock absorber has been modified with a new configuration that allows adjustment of rebound, extension and spring preload. The oil reservoir has been moved to a lower position, which offers superior handling and performance thanks to the temperature remaining stable.
The new swingarm is lighter and allows chain tensioners to be installed on the inside. This design has already been used on the Racing model since last season, while the Replica Factory includes the updated chain tensioner, which better protects it from stone impacts.
A great arrival from Gas Gas.
