Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi together on an Asian tour

The riders of the Yamaha Factory Racing team in the MotoGP World Championship, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, have made their first joint appearance as teammates, as the superstars of the Japanese brand. Specifically, it was today in Jakarta, Indonesia, where the two riders are spending a few days on their Asian tour, attending many activities and events.

On this occasion they came together to launch the new logo of one of its most important sponsors, Semakin di Depan (Yamaha Motor Indonesia), with a press conference in the morning followed by the official unveiling. This was the first time we saw the two Yamaha riders alongside their director, Lin Jarvis, at an official brand event.

The three of them were in charge of unveiling this logo to the media. Afterwards, they visited the television studio to record a new advertisement for Yamaha Motor Indonesia.

So the schedules for the two riders and the whole entourage are very full. On these Asian trips the Japanese brand always makes a major stop in Indonesia, where the motorcycle market keeps growing at a remarkable pace, so it is important to play a good role and support this growth, and what better way than with its two superstars of the two-wheeled world, and this 2013 season with the added bonus of seeing Rossi alongside Lorenzo again. There is enormous interest building for this edition of the MotoGP World Championship.
