Yamaha MotoGP Presentation with Lorenzo and Rossi at Jerez

The Yamaha Factory Racing MotoGP World Championship team was presented today at the Jerez Circuit with its two riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, who will begin the final pre-season test at the Andalusian track tomorrow. There is great anticipation to see the new colours and designs of the 2012 world champion bike. Now it will be time to see it in action alongside the 99 and the 46.

The MotoGP World Championship has seen all the major teams at their respective presentations, as today marked the official unveiling of the 2012 champion team, Yamaha Factory Racing, and we finally got to see the new Yamaha M1s of Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi. The two machines were the queens of the presentation, although other details were also very important throughout the day at the Jerez Circuit.

The presentation began at 2:30 p.m. with a welcome for everyone, and at around 3:00 p.m. the design was revealed to the world along with the new look of what will be the Yamaha M1s of the official team, the reigning MotoGP champion that will have to defend the crown in 2013 against the formidable RC213V. Without a doubt, one of the most anticipated moments for fans of the World Motorcycle Racing Championship.

Regarding the colours, we see that blue remains the basic and predominant colour, with white touches and the new Monster sponsor. So now we have the claws marked on top of the M1, but there is no radical change; it follows the path set by the usual tones, with the numbers 99 and 46 respectively, a bit of silver on the front, and then those touches of red for Lorenzo and yellow for Rossi.

Now it will be time to see it in action starting tomorrow at the final pre-season test at the Jerez circuit, so the excitement is at its peak, as the start of the championship draws closer.
