Toprak Razgatlioglu is the best in the SBK 2023 test at the Jerez Circuit
Rider Toprak Razgatlioglu has been the fastest in the 2023 pre-season test of the World Superbike Championship held at the Jerez Circuit.

Last week a pre-season World Superbike Championship test was held at the Jerez Circuit, where we got to see the Champion, Álvaro Bautista, and his main rivals, Toprak Razgatlioglu and Jonathan Rea, so there is great anticipation for the 2023 season.
Over these sessions we have seen Toprak Razgatlioglu be the fastest, setting a time of 1:38.269 on the second day of testing at the Andalusian track, and all this despite suffering a crash, so the Turkish rider is ready on the Yamaha to make a lot of noise this 2023 season.
Behind them, Rea and Bautista were positioned, so the leading trio remains at the front, now it will be time to watch the setups of their respective machines. In the top 10 were Rinaldi 4th, Lowes 5th, Aegerter 6th, Locatelli 7th, Petrucci 8th, Lecuona 9th and Gardner 10th. The rest of the Spanish riders placed Vierge 13th and Ramos 24th.
Alongside the SBK riders, we also saw several Supersport riders, with Niccolò Bulega being the best in the category at the Jerez track, so there is maximum action in this category, especially since Aegerter has made the leap to Superbike, so now the remaining riders in the category will have to fight for the crown. Huertas was one of those present at the Andalusian circuit, along with Roberto García, David Múñoz and Ana Carrasco, who worked on their machines in their respective categories.
The 2021 champion put on another strong performance despite a crash during the morning. The newcomers continued to impress, and Aegerter stood out among them by placing sixth on Thursday’s timesheet.
After this test, most of these teams will travel to the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve in Portugal, where next Tuesday and Wednesday they will continue preparing for the new season in another private test.
