Tomorrow the MotoGP CRT test kicks off at Motorland Aragón

MotoGP CRT World Championship riders start two days of testing tomorrow at the Motorland Aragón Circuit, where they will continue working on their machines ahead of the 2012 season.

Tomorrow sees the start of a new test of the MotoGP CRT World Championship at the Motorland Aragón Circuit, where we expect to see once again above all the men from Power Electronic Aspar with their respective ARTs, since both Aleix Espargaró and Randy de Puniet are doing excellent work with their 1000cc bikes.

So from tomorrow until Friday we will be able to see several riders from the CRT world championship category on track, fine-tuning their bikes ahead of the 2012 season, which is gradually approaching. For now there are several confirmations, such as those of Power Electronic Aspar and Paul Bird Motorsport, which will be present with both its MotoGP riders and its BSB riders; and finally the Avintia Racing team. It seems that, for the time being, Team Gresini, Speed Master and Ioda Racing will not be at the Alcañiz track.

All in all, we expect to have Yonny Hernández, Iván Silva, Aleix Espargaró, Randy de Puniet, James Ellison and the Paul Bird Motorsport BSB riders running on the circuit. So there will be plenty of action on track, and we will see whether there are any last-minute additions to these names. Meanwhile, one of the teams initially confirmed, Ioda Racing with Petrucci, saw the rider himself say a few days ago that the whole team is preparing the definitive bike and that riding without it would not be positive, so it was better to wait until the IRTA test in Jerez.

An interesting test to see how the different CRTs are evolving, and above all the one that for now attracts the most attention, the ART. So if you don’t want to miss anything, take advantage of the fact that the circuit will open Grandstand 1 to fans during both days, an area where you can watch the pit activity as well as the track. Access to it will be completely free and unrestricted, and it will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Don’t miss it.
