Today is Elena Rosell's birthday! Happy birthday!

Today is a special day for one of our motorcycle racers, as it is the birthday of number 82, Elena Rosell, the World Championship rider and one of the leading figures of the female revolution in the world of two wheels. Without a doubt a special day for her, her family and friends, and in a 2012 season full of emotion and learning.

Rosell is fulfilling her great dream of being part of the Motorcycle World Championship, specifically in the Moto2 class, where last season, 2011, she made a half-start with Team Aspar, but it is in 2012 that the great opportunity has come to her through QMMF Racing Team and Moriwaki. Without doubt a complicated year, of extreme learning and with many novelties ahead: circuits, the bike, the team, and all the aspects surrounding the world championship, and above all an intermediate class that is a never-ending show.

In the first two rounds held, things have not gone very well, but this season means taking it slowly, step by step, so best of luck to her. Today is about enjoying family and friends and recharging the batteries for the next race, which takes place this weekend at the Estoril Circuit.

From PlusMoto.com we wish Elena a happy birthday, that she has a great day and that at the Portuguese Grand Prix things keep getting better. Surely, with desire, commitment and effort, the results will start to arrive, so keep it up in the jungle of Moto2.

Happy birthday!
