This coming Sunday, 8 September, the Mediterranean Speed Championship race will be held at the Alcarrás Circuit, and it won’t come alone: we will also have the Copa Honda CBR 250RR and classic bikes, so there will be plenty of action on the Catalan track.
For this event, the larger-displacement categories, such as Extreme, Supersport, Superstock and Classics, will only have one race to show their potential on track. Meanwhile, riders entered in the Copa Honda CBR 250R, whose races are always among the most exciting thanks to the close competition on their machines — 80cc, Pre125 and Moto3 — will enjoy two heats to earn the maximum number of championship points.
The on-track schedule is set to begin at 9 in the morning with the timed practice sessions, and the races will get underway around 1 p.m. The first to hit the track will be the 80cc, Pre125 and Moto3 riders, followed by the Copa Honda. Without a doubt, we will witness maximum action with the young motorcycling prospects, all aiming to score the most points and put in strong performances after the summer break.
The time has come to return to the action. This Sunday the Alcarrás Circuit will host an thrilling day, and all motorcycling fans are invited to come and enjoy the passion for motorcycle racing at the Catalan speed track.
