Rain spoils the official test at Jerez

The Official Test at Jerez surprised us, since because of the bad weather we could not fully enjoy the competition.

The rain took the spotlight away from the riders, since the track was in difficult conditions and, as a result, some riders chose not to go out to avoid unnecessary dangers.

One of the riders who made this decision was Dani Pedrosa, since his injury is still very recent and it would be dangerous for him to suffer a relapse or a new injury from a fall in the rain.

Although the conditions were complicated, we had a champion of the Test, Casey Stoner, who took home a magnificent prize in the form of a BMW Z4.

We hope that the next test, which will take place in Qatar, will be under more favorable circumstances for the riders and the fans, since the rain has spoiled the one at Jerez.

For now, not many conclusions can be drawn about this Grand Prix 0, since none of the riders gave their maximum, out of fear of a crash, although we did get to see moments that recalled last season, such as when Stoner pulled off an incredible overtake on the great Rossi.

We will keep waiting for results after the Official Test in Qatar, since it will be the last one before the start of the World Championship season.
