Quadro three- and four-wheel scooters arrive in Spain
After being presented at EICMA, the Milan International Motorcycle Show, the Quadro brand is setting up in Madrid to distribute its unique scooters through Quadro Spain. They intend to build a network of dealerships across the entire national territory.
For now they have two models, the Quadro 350D with three wheels and the Quadro 4D, a novel model with four wheels. Both feature the HTS hydraulic tilting system, which increases the safety of these vehicles.
Both of their models are designed for users who convert their car license to the A1, since their stability and ease of handling do not require prior motorcycle experience.
The first to arrive in Spain will be the Quadro 350D, a scooter with two front wheels that is set to go head to head with the successful Piaggio MP3 and MP4 range, since its concept is practically the same. Its expected arrival date at dealerships is October.
The Quadro 4D is expected to arrive in spring 2012, and we will have to see what the experience of riding a four-wheeled scooter is like and how it behaves in corners, since this is something completely new in this class of vehicle.
