Pedro Acosta dominates the Moto2 World Championship race in Indonesia
Rider Pedro Acosta wins the Moto2 World Championship race at the Mandalika Circuit in Indonesia, followed by Canet and Aldeguer.

The Moto2 World Championship has just rolled out onto the Mandalika Circuit in Indonesia, for the middleweight category’s race, so expectation is at its peak among the riders on one of the most interesting tracks on the calendar.
The start was excellent for Pedro Acosta, who got away like a rocket, passing every rider, including Arón Canet, at the launch to take the lead of the race. In the closing stages we saw a crash involving Surra and López.
For the first few laps they tried to contain Acosta, but after that it was impossible, and the excitement focused on the chasing group of Arbolino, Canet, Manu González, Aldeguer and Dixon. Among them we saw passes and re-passes, plenty of overtakes and moments on the limit.
Finally, Pedro Acosta took the victory unchallenged, with Canet 2nd and Aldeguer 3rd, making it a Spanish treble at Mandalika. The top 10 was completed by Dixon 4th, González 5th, Arbolino 6th, Chantra 7th, García 8th, Roberts 9th and Lowes 10th. With this result, Acosta remains firmly in the lead, 65 points ahead of Arbolino.
Onto the next race.
