On WhatsApp, even when you're doing 80 km/h on your Ducati Monster
On the street you can see all sorts of things on two wheels, but what this young Australian did is incredible: riding and WhatsApping at the same time, an absolutely crazy move that has left him with a fine and without his licence.
Just look at the damage WhatsApp is doing to society! Not only does it steal the sweet pleasure of getting to know each other and maintaining face-to-face relationships, it also distracts us when we should be enjoying ourselves. Take it from me, I have a friend who plays padel while WhatsApping… I had to run a lot that day, yes.
But worse is the Australian buddy in the video. This guy apparently had a pretty important conversation, so much so that he decided to use his mobile phone right in the middle of the road, near Sydney, while riding his beautiful Ducati Monster at about 80 km/h. A full-blown madness that could have ended badly; luckily, he was caught by the authorities.

Dressed elegantly, in “going out” shoes instead of boots, our friend was caught by the Australian police. At least he was wearing a helmet… This gentleman, who, as our colleagues at Motoblog put it, should be nominated for the Idiot of the Year award, at only 21 years old, explained to the police that he was only blocking his phone. Well, each to their own.
Moreover, he didn’t even have his driving licence on him, so more offences together seemed impossible. In the end, everything was settled with the withdrawal of his driving licence (once he “found” it) and a fine of 265 Australian dollars, which amounts to roughly 208€.

Cuanta demagogia y ataque gratuito, eso de que el Whatssap esta haciendo daño lo dirás tú! en ningún momento se dice que fuese usando el whatssap, perfectamente podría estar enviando un SMS, jugando al apalabrados o leyendo plusmoto (AU Edition).
Lo que hace daño es los malos modales y la insensatez.
en serio que no entiendo esta moda de atacar al whatssap como si lo hubiese programado el mismísimo satanas, ¿o es que tenias acciones en viber?
Nótese el sarcasmo, por favor… He dicho Whatsapp como podría haber dicho Angry Birds o la aplicación del tiempo.

has cogido una noticia sobre una infracción grave sobre una moto y las has convertido en una causa contra el whatssap.
Uso Whatsapp todos los días, no tengo nada contra él. Como te digo, he hablado de esa aplicación porque es la más utilizada en la actualidad; hace cinco años hubiera mencionado el MSN, por ejemplo.
También se pueden usar recursos en este tipo de narraciones.
