Second place went to Dani Pedrosa, finishing 0.410s behind his teammate, and the Honda are undoubtedly ready to get the action going this season. The Catalan completed a total of 62 laps of the Malaysian track, while third place went to Stefan Bradl of the LCR Honda MotoGP team, finishing 0.413s behind the leader and right on the heels of the runner-up.
Behind , the top 10 was completed with Valentino Rossi 4th, Aleix Espargaró 5th, Jorge Lorenzo 6th, Bradley Smith 7th, Andrea Iannone 8th, Álvaro Bautista 9th and Pol Espargaró 10th. The first classified machine not Honda was Rossi’s Yamaha in fourth position, while the first Open rider was Aleix, and it seems that Yamaha of the NGM Mobile Forward Racing team is working very well. Meanwhile, the rest of our riders finished with Héctor Barberá in 23rd.
The rider who completed the most laps of the Sepang circuit on this second day was Randy de Puniet, at the controls of the Suzuki Test Team, who is taking part in these tests to prepare for his arrival next season, 2015.
Great interest in this test; tomorrow is the final day of this first outing for the MotoGP riders.
