Kawasaki's new KX models for 2015

The brand Kawasaki has presented us with its new KX models, the KX design philosophy, which consists of turning mid-level riders into experts by placing them at the top of the podium. This philosophy has not changed since the range first went on sale more than 40 years ago.
And 2015 will be no exception. For the new season we will see the two iconic KX models with revisions to keep them at the top of the podium. With the technical know-how of Kawasaki’s engineers and their experience developing top-level riders such as Ryan Villopoto, many revisions have been made to the two KX models. In 2014 the KX450F gave Villopoto his fourth consecutive SX title, confirming the impressive credentials of the KX. Complementing the success of the KX family, the KX250F has already picked up many victories in MX2 class races in European and world championships.
On the KX250F, finer atomizing injectors are fitted to increase power at low and mid-range revs and improve throttle response. The fork has been updated with the SFF Type 2, with preload adjustment, offering greater front-wheel grip and a smoother action. A new, larger lobed disc improves braking power. The adjustable ergonomics allow each rider to adapt the KX250F and KX450F to their dimensions and riding style. Both the KX250F and KX450F retain their characteristics as natural winners, such as electronic launch control, easy access to three ‘plug and play’ engine maps to adapt to any track condition, and the optional FI-Factory spec calibration kit.
An important improvement for the Kawasaki KX450F is the introduction of the Showa SFF-Air TAC (Triple Air Chamber) fork, a component also used by factory riders. SFF-TAC technology is common in MX competition, but the KX450F is one of the first motorcycles to fit this high-tech fork on a production model. This fork offers many advantages, such as rigidity, a very smooth action, low weight and a wide range of settings.
