Gadea and Viñales, Misano will be a comeback

After today’s timed practice sessions, the results for the Blusens By Paris Hilton team have not been what was expected. All weekend the times were coming together and the team, both Sergio and Maverick, were managing to get into the most advanced positions.

But the excessive temperature combined with the considerable traffic on the track has prevented a better qualifying result.

In the end, Maverick will start from tenth position and Sergio from thirteenth. Perhaps they have been penalized in part by Zarco’s attitude, who, looking for slipstreams, has done nothing but waste time, first for Nico and then for Maverick, making both of them lose concentration. But in the world championship battle, anything goes.

Maverick Viñales (#25) (10th 1:44.351 +1.104)

I did not achieve a good qualifying result, but I am encouraged. During the free practice sessions we set good times and worked on setting up the bike; however, the qualifying result was not as good as we had hoped.

The change in temperature and considerable traffic have influenced this. I also need to improve some little things to be further up. Tomorrow in the warm-up we will look for the ideal setup to be prepared for the race. Despite not having qualified excellently, I am very excited to achieve a good result in this GP.

Sergio Gadea (#33) (13th 1:44.740 +1.493)

We had no specific problems. The bike was going quite well and I was aiming for a good time. Perhaps we did not fully read the change in temperature correctly.

I don’t know, the point is that the time we wanted did not come out. But, despite that, I am encouraged. Tomorrow we will do some tests in the warm-up and I am convinced we will have a good race. Don’t doubt that I will give my maximum to achieve it.
