Rider Fabio Quartararo is the fastest in the MotoGP World Championship test at the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit.

The MotoGP World Championship held today the test that was scheduled at the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit, so after the Grand Prix action they stayed on the Catalan track to keep working on developing their respective machines.
The best of the day was Fabio Quartararo, the Frenchman who won yesterday’s race with authority, set a time of 1:39.447 to become the fastest, while also trying out new parts for his Yamaha. Behind him was Pecco Bagnaia, just 0.004s off the Yamaha rider, so the Ducati rider is strong and eager to get back into action after the crash at Catalunya.
Completing the top 3 was Johann Zarco, who also stayed close to his compatriot’s lap times, just 0.053s behind, so there was a lot of parity on this day of trying new things for the next part of the MotoGP World Championship.
The remaining positions were completed by Aleix Espargaró, Pol Espargaró, Miller, Viñales, Morbidelli, Bastianini, Di Giannantonio, Brad Binder, Mir, Marini, Oliveira, Gardner, Márquez, Bradl, Pirro, Dovizioso, Darryn Binder, Bezzecchi, Fernandez.
Absent from this test were, Nakagami after the very heavy crash he suffered yesterday that left us all stunned, and we are undoubtedly very lucky that the Japanese rider is okay. Also because of yesterday’s incident, Rins was ruled out with a broken wrist. Jorge Martín was not present either; he took the opportunity to go into surgery to fix his pain and be able to return stronger.
