Ducati Monster Bulgari

Vilner, a renowned vehicle tuner, mainly of cars, has got to work to give his style to this Ducati Monster 1100 EVO.

Striking is the word that best defines the customization that Bulgari Vilner has given the Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, a customization that is essentially aesthetic but with plenty of class, adding just the right touches to take this beautiful Monster to a slightly higher level. Although, being a Ducati, a new version could not come out without some technical improvement, however small.

We are used to seeing the elegant finishes he has applied to countless cars, but Vilner, the tuner, had already made a small foray with the BMW F 800 R and now returns with this spectacular Ducati.

Vilner likes to highlight the aggressive character of motorcycles a little more, and for this occasion he drew his inspiration from a praying mantis. He wanted to convey a cannibalistic character, like that of the insect itself, within the motorcycle sector, and indeed it comes to devour the market of the most exclusive garages. The main touch is found in the lower fairings or keel, which, although they do not cover the bike underneath, are what simulate the mantis’s arms.

It is slightly shorter, thus achieving greater agility, and the engine has also been tuned to gain 10 more horsepower, which together with the slight changes to the chassis make for a bike with a better response to the vibrations of its powerful twin-cylinder engine.

The style of the rims with stripes in white, matching the fairing, deserves mention, as do the stitching on the tank cover where leather or leather-look material has been fitted, and the checkered seat with padding, not to mention the modifications to the lights, more specifically the front headlight, which has gone from being quite large to something resembling a lantern.
