Aleix Espargaró renews for two more seasons in MotoGP with Aprilia

The brand Aprilia has confirmed the renewal of rider Aleix Espargaró, and there is no doubt that the eldest of the Espargaró brothers has become the main reference of the factory team in the World Motorcycle Championship in its premier class.

So the extension of the current link with the Spanish rider for two more seasons has been announced in the MotoGP World Championship, that is, the 2021 and 2022 seasons. Both parties announced this agreement, which is very important for both of them, thus consolidating the development of this machine.

In 2017 he began his journey with the RS-GP, and he has led the development of each phase of Aprilia’s project in motorcycling’s premier class, with its best moments and also its difficulties, but in 2019 we saw the birth of the new RS-GP for 2020.

With his new contract, Aleix will accumulate a total of six consecutive seasons defending the interests of the Noale factory. It is a sign of continuity and confidence that comes at a turning point for Aprilia’s current project.
