Today is an important day for one of our most beloved Moto2 riders, as it is Julián Simón‘s birthday. The rider of Team Avintia Racing arrives in Qatar a year older, with plenty of strength and determination, so the 60 is ready to cause a lot of trouble this Moto2 season.

Julito turns 25 today, and there is nothing better to celebrate this great day than a good result next Sunday at the start of the 2012 season. Although today he will spend his day packing bags and catching flights, at least until he reaches Qatar, the 60 is undoubtedly on the list of favourite riders, because he has experience, talent and adapts quickly, so soon he will be at the front with his new team, Avintia Racing.

Simón is eager to get on his FTR and start the season.
