Tito Rabat and Niccolò Antonelli the best in the Moto2 and Moto3 test in Valencia

The fastest riders in the Moto2 and Moto3 World Championship in this test at the Valencia Circuit were Tito Rabat and Niccolò Antonelli. The two riders were the best of the combined times over the three days of both categories, so what we have been able to see in this preparatory test is very interesting.

In the Moto2 category, one of the favourites, Tito Rabat, has come out on top as the best, the fastest, thanks to his lap time from the second day at the Valencia Circuit. The Marc VDS Racing rider is showing a rapid adaptation to his machine, his team and all the new developments, and has managed to dominate this first test with a lap time of 1:35.155. For his part, Maverick Viñales, one of the newcomers to the category who is making a strong impression, finished behind him, 0.147s off Rabat’s time.

The top 10 was completed by Nakagami in 3rd, Luthi 4th, Cortese 5th, Torres 6th, Kallio 7th, Terol 8th, Simón 9th and Salom 10th. The rest of our riders finished 14th Pons, 25th Mariñelarena and 26th Ramos.

Meanwhile, in Moto3, the best of the combined times was Antonelli. The Italian was always in the leading positions, but his time set on the second day was the best, at 1:39.454. Behind him was Jack Miller, who was only 0.008s off, so the small category is very tight.

The top 10 was completed by Kent in 3rd, Fenati 4th, I.Viñales 5th, Bagnaia 6th, Guevara 7th, Bastianini 8th, Oliveira 9th and Rins 10th. The rest of our riders finished 14th Vázquez, 16th Márquez and 22nd Carrasco.
