The new era of the FIM JuniorGP Championship for 2022
The FIM JuniorGP Championship enters the 2022 season with full determination, sporting this new image to remain the breeding ground of the Motorcycle World Championship.

The 2022 season comes loaded with changes for what many years ago was the CEV, then became the FIM Moto3 Junior World Championship and now becomes the FIM JuniorGP World Championship, continuing its development as a springboard towards the Motorcycle World Championship.
The FIM JuniorGP World Championship will include the Moto3 category in the case of JuniorGP. The Hawkers European Talent Cup and the European Moto2 Championship, including the Superstock category, retain their names under the umbrella of the FIM JuniorGP World Championship.
Throughout its history, this championship has been the breeding ground of great riders, over almost a quarter of a century of activity, we have seen great names pass through here such as eight-time World Champion Marc Márquez (Repsol Honda Team), 2020 MotoGP champion Joan Mir (Team Suzuki Ecstar), and 2021 MotoGP champion Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP), among others.
With its new name and identity, the FIM JuniorGP World Championship will continue to foster talent, coinciding with its 25th anniversary.
Congratulations to this great breeding ground of riders.
