The Kawasaki brand presents us with its renewed Z900 model

The Kawasaki brand has presented its Z900 model, which has evolved gradually to meet the needs of the most demanding riders, but never at the expense of the basic riding experience that only a Kawasaki Z can offer.

This model will be available in 2022 both in the “Full” version with 125 CV (92.2 kW) and in the A2-compliant version with 95 CV (70 kW). The Z900 now features a range of aids that enhance the overall riding experience.

The Z900 comes equipped with a color TFT display that has earned much praise for its clarity. In addition, the instrument cluster features an integrated Bluetooth chip that allows the rider to sync their smartphone with their Z900 via the Kawasaki Rideology app, which links a range of bike data and its status to the rider’s phone screen.

To assist the rider, the Z900 features selectable power modes via the handlebar switch, allowing riders to adjust power delivery according to their preferences and conditions. The KTRC, Kawasaki’s advanced Traction Control System, is also included as standard, providing enhanced performance in sporty riding and the confidence of riding on low-grip surfaces. The three rider-selectable modes offer intervention levels to suit the riding situation and the rider’s preferences.

And combining the two, the Z900 incorporates selectable riding modes as standard that link the KTRC and the power mode, enabling riders to adjust traction control and power delivery to suit a given riding situation. Riders can choose from three settings (Sport, Road, Rain) or a manual setting (Rider).

Benefiting, like all models in the 2022 Z family, from Kawasaki’s unique Sugomi design philosophy, which balances visual style with engineering beneath the skin, the 2022 Z900 full power and Z900 A2 models will be available in three color options: Metallic Spark Black / Metallic Flat Spark Black – Pearl Robotic White / Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray – Candy Lime Green / Metallic Spark Black.
