The BMW F800GT at EICMA 2012

At the EICMA Milan Motorcycle Show we had the chance to see one of the latest machines from the German brand, BMW, which left us amazed. It is the spectacular F 800 GT, which offers a very dynamic design and plenty of details to make your great journey special, comfortable and unique.

With 90 hp, it is a motorcycle prepared for those long journeys that you always plan on two wheels. Its two-cylinder inline, water-cooled engine with a displacement of 798 cm3 delivers outstanding dynamism on every trip, achieving maximum power delivery thanks to its low-maintenance toothed belt drive.

Regarding the swingarm, it is longer at the rear wheel, and has a firmer suspension, ensuring a high level of stability without annoying jolts during the journey. It also offers perfect control and great comfort.

As an option, you can use ESA (Electronic Suspension Adjustment) to adjust the rebound damping of the rear suspension to the conditions of each road.

The clean lines and a perfectly adjusted windscreen for touring are an instant promise of the purest riding pleasure. The GT accepts any braking maneuver with dual-channel ABS as standard, the most sophisticated system found on a mid-range motorcycle. For those seeking an even higher level of safety, there is the option of the Traction Control system.
