The 24 Hours Frigo Motorcycling after the night in Catalunya

The 24 Hours Frigo Motorcycling have dawned, and so far the leading positions have not changed, with Suzuki Català and Folch endurance at the front.

The 24 Hours Frigo Motorcycling have dawned at the Circuit de Catalunya, the endurance event is entering the final part of the competition with 6 hours to go until 15.00h, when the race finishes at the Catalan track. So after what we experienced yesterday up to nightfall, we have the night action and the final part of the race.

With 6 hours left to finish the event, things have not changed much at the front, the great dominators for almost the entire event, Team Suzuki Català, remain in first position and this time riding with Antonio Alarcos and more than 500 laps on their backs, with about 4-5 laps’ advantage over the second-placed team.

Behind them, the other favorite, Team Yamalube Folch Endurance with Martínez pushing hard at this moment, and the whole team and riders have shown they had the pace and strength to be at the front, since they have pulled off a spectacular comeback from their incident in the first minutes at the Catalan track. Although during the night there was a small shift with Folch Endurance extending the gap, a scare for Team Suzuki Català brought things back to 4-5 laps’ distance.

Closing what would be the provisional podium are the team Team Louit Moto33 with Buisson about 14-15 laps ahead. The top 5 is completed by Alpes Endurance with Pesselier in 4th and DR Racing with Torras in 5th.

Without doubt, a spectacular night, pure emotion, with a lot of public attendance and experiencing the 24 Hours from the inside, from the circuit and with plenty of activity both on track and in the pits. There are still more than 6 hours of competition left, anything can happen, but the two favorites look set to fight for the victory, with Team Suzuki Català holding an advantage over Folch Endurance.

Don’t miss the end of the 24 Hours Frigo Motorcycling at the Circuit de Catalunya.
