Plus Moto attended Galfer Day 2011

Last Friday, June 3rd, we had the opportunity to attend Galfer Day, which was held to coincide with the Catalan Grand Prix of the Motorcycle World Championship. Its venue near the Circuit de Catalunya brought together media, manufacturers, riders, distributors, teams and institutions.

It was a real pleasure to attend this first edition of Galfer Day, where we were able to see official bikes such as Márquez’s 125GP from the Spanish Speed Championship; the first BQR Moto2; the GasGas of Iván Cervantes, among others.

Not only motorcycles were present, as many riders also wanted to support Galfer, without doubt their braking brand and sponsor, on this very special day.

Among the attendees were Maverick Viñales, 125cc rider in the Motorcycle World Championship; Iván Cervantes and a young rider named Ferrán, among others.

Visitors could also see the brand’s products on display, as well as some electric machines and prototypes on which Galfer is developing a braking system.

In short, a memorable event with many personalities, companies, institutions, riders and media, a success in attendance and reception, and excellent treatment from the organisers.
