Joan Mir and Dani Holgado join BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP Team
The BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP Team has confirmed the signing of riders Dani Holgado and Joan Mir for the upcoming season.

The BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP Team has confirmed a complete overhaul of its ranks, having signed riders Joan Mir and Daniel Holgado for the 2027 MotoGP World Championship season, two riders with plenty to say.
Mir’s record speaks for itself, with two world titles, the MotoGP championship in 2020 and the Moto3 championship in 2017, which attest to his quality at the highest level. Alongside him will be the young Dani Holgado, Moto3 World Championship runner-up in 2024 and one of the leading riders in the intermediate class.
The partnership with Ducati Corse continues, the result of a shared vision and a path marked by success both in the past and in the present. This is a multi-year agreement that further strengthens a solid and well-established relationship. The status of BK8 Gresini Racing Team does not change, so the team will continue to have a factory-supported official bike in its garage, which will be available to Joan Mir.
