ISDE Germany Day 5: France has it sewn up

Yesterday the fifth day of the ISDE in Germany was held, in which France remains unrivalled in this 2012 edition. They are also unstoppable in the three flagship categories, so the French are at their best, increasing their lead and dominating the FIM World Trophy category, the FIM Junior World Trophy and the FIM Women’s World Trophy.

On this fifth day, the advantage has risen to more than 35 minutes over the second-placed team, Australia, who continue to impress and have everything in place to maintain that podium position, as they have managed to increase their advantage over the third-placed team, Italy.

So it seems the top three positions are fairly well settled for the final, leaving all the excitement in the battle for fourth place between Finland, Spain, the USA and Sweden.

In the Junior category, we also have France in 1st place, followed by the United Kingdom in 2nd, two minutes behind, so there is still some excitement, although the French are very strong. Meanwhile, the USA has taken third place, more than 14 minutes back. The top 5 is completed by Australia in 4th and Portugal in 5th, with the Spanish team in 8th place. In the women’s category, France is dominating, with Germany 2nd and Australia 3rd. Meanwhile, the CLUB Trophy remains in our hands, followed by Team Ostra 1 and Moto Club Italia.

Today the sixth and final stage was held.
