HRC gives Simoncelli's Honda and a CBR1000RR SIC to his family
Today HRC confirmed that it would have two gifts for the family of Marco Simoncelli, in cooperation with the 58 Foundation, so a great gesture.
Today HRC announced that it will make a lovely gesture next week at the Mugello Circuit, where they have confirmed they will hand over to Paolo Simoncelli and his whole family two gifts that are very important to the Japanese brand, and that they want the family and the Marco Simoncelli Foundation to have.
The first of them will be the Honda RC212V that Marco Simoncelli rode for the San Carlo Honda Gresini team, his 58. Undoubtedly an important gift for the family and friends, the machine he fought with in every race, in every corner, at every Grand Prix of the MotoGP World Championship.
Meanwhile, the second gift is a Honda CBR1000RR with a lovely inspiration from Supersic, a motorcycle created in the style of the 58, based on it, and this second machine will also be donated to the Foundation that bears the Italian’s name. It will be auctioned among fans and collectors to raise more funds for the Marco Simoncelli Foundation, a good way to support this initiative that was launched at the beginning of the year.
Therefore we will keep reporting on the auction’s conditions, dates and details as soon as we have the information from the Foundation, and when everything gets underway. So next week at the Italian Mugello track we will experience a very emotional moment with the handover of the two bikes to the Simoncelli family.
