Héctor Barberá wants to keep improving at Ducati

Rider Héctor Barberá faces another round of the MotoGP World Championship at the Mugello Circuit, where all the participants of the Motorcycle World Championship gather, so he and his Ducati are back home again: it’s time to go full throttle and keep evolving step by step.

Barberá keeps improving at every race, a positive development in his third year in the premier class, where he is becoming Ducati’s standout rider, going head-to-head with the factory riders Rossi and Hayden. Although his race results have not yet followed, he is close to the top 10 in the overall standings.

Furthermore, he now arrives with his batteries fully charged, having achieved his best position at Sachsenring, finishing seventh, his best result since he moved up to the premier class three seasons ago, currently surpassing his 2010 and 2011 figures.

But he knows that there is a lot ahead, and that the final leg of the three consecutive races will be no easy task. He will have to make his presence felt in every free practice session, qualifying and race, but for now he is on the verge of making history in a season in which he is expected to keep breaking records.

We will see how Ducati reacts at one of its home circuits, on its own turf, in front of its own crowd and close to home. The whole team and the rider himself will also fight to be at the front, although they know the rest of the rivals will not make it easy for them.

On to Mugello!
