Last Tuesday and Wednesday we were able to attend the private tests of the Spanish Speed Championship at Circuit de Catalunya, where many of the CEV teams and riders gathered to train and fine-tune their machines ahead of the fourth round of the season next week on the Catalan track, so there was plenty of action on the Catalan circuit.
Luckily we were able to attend two splendid test days, with good weather conditions, sun, a bit of wind and a small scare in the form of a few raindrops, but in the end it did not rain during the two days the national riders were on track, making the most of every minute to arrive with a lot of work done ahead of what will be race number 100 of the CEV Buckler, so an important weekend for everyone.
Among the attendees we were able to see some of the favorites in the three categories, both in Moto2, Moto3 and Stock Extreme, including Kyle Smith, Carmelo Morales, Berto López, Xavi Forés, Jordi Torres, Román Ramos, Kenny Noyes, Alejandro Mariñelarena, Juanfran Guevara, Josep Rodríguez, Pecco Bagnaia, Lorenzo Baldassarri, María Herrera, Ana Carrasco, Albert Arenas and an endless list of names and teams. But to highlight some of the attendees at these tests, below we leave you a mini list with a large part of those present, although the riders who attended have not been confirmed, so it was partly based on seeing the bikes on track.
