Gallery of the 2013 Barcelona SuperEnduro World Championship

Last Sunday we were at the Palau Sant Jordi for a real Enduro spectacle, the SuperEnduro World Championship round in Barcelona, where Taddy Blazusiak won the overall classification after three heats of maximum excitement, in which the Pole took two victories out of the three possible, the other going to veteran David Knight.

The evening of spectacle had every possible moment, from crashes to razor-edge overtakes, crossovers, difficulties and, as always with this discipline, pure motorcycling. The leading exponent was Blazusiak, who once again showed why he is the champion, although this time our local riders also played a great part, with Alfredo Gómez at the head and Iván Cervantes also among the standouts.

It was not only the front-runners of the premier category who had their moment, as the Junior Enduro World Championship races were also held, along with a race for amateurs, the Solo Moto Challenge. All of them put on a great show on a course that was extremely complicated, with several heats that the whole crowd attending one of the most legendary Enduro events could enjoy, and even though it was left out of the SuperEnduro World Championship last season, in 2013 it is back, bringing added interest.
