Forés and Del Amor will fight for the European title in Superstock

The Team Motorrad BMW S1000RRs will fight for the European title this weekend in Albacete, with Xavi Forés and Javier Del Amor at the controls.

Team Motorrad will be present in the Superstock 1000 category of the European Speed Championship with Xavi Forés and Javier del Amor riding the BMW S1000RRs they race in the Spanish Championship.

The Valencian Forés is returning to his Motorrad Competición team after taking part in the World Superbike Championship with Team BMW Motorrad Italia, where the Spanish representative scored his first points in the world championship. Forés’s extensive experience on the Superbike will undoubtedly be a great incentive to take the front positions during the European practice sessions and aim for his first international victory.

For his part, Javier del Amor returns to the circuit where he earned a well-deserved podium in the last CEV race, despite his collarbone injury. The rider from Sant Sadurní is feeling better and will tackle this race with more strength than ever in order to win an international title alongside BMW.

This renowned European competition will soon get underway, and Spanish riders arrive as favourites in most categories, but we will see what happens just one race into the Albacete track.
