Xavier Forés takes pole position in Extreme CEV at Valencia

Rider Xavier Forés has secured the Extreme category pole position in the Spanish Speed Championship being held at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana, where the Kawasaki set a time of 1:35.132.

Behind him is provisional leader Carmelo Morales, who will try to hold his position in the overall standings and reach the final CEV round with the best chance of winning the category title, although it won’t be easy because José Luis Cardoso also qualified on the front row and will keep fighting him for the title until the end.

Meanwhile, the other contender, Javier del Amor, had a poor practice session and had to settle for seventh place, so he will need a strong start so that his two title rivals don’t get away.

A great Extreme race where anything can happen.
