The new Kymco K-XCT 125cc and 300cc arrives
The Kymco brand has presented us with one of its new models for 2013, the K-XCT, which will be available in our market from mid-March and will come in two versions, the 125cc and the 300cc, a sporty machine ideal for urban and interurban riding.

The Kymco brand has shown us its first major new model for 2013, the K-XCT, so you can now find this new model from the brand on the Spanish two-wheeler market, although we will still have to wait until mid-March to have it available in full.
The first presentation of this model was held in 2011, but it is only now that it will soon be on our roads. It will also come in two versions, the 125i and the 300i, equipped with the same engine as the Super Dink model. Without a doubt, a new scooter with a grand touring style but a very sporty character is on its way.
So we are looking at a model that is sportier and more dynamic than the Super Dink from the Taiwanese brand, and that allows Kymco to tackle this urban and interurban segment with greater force. It also comes with one of the most interesting new features of the model: a new lighting technique with H7 lamps for the front and rear headlights, with blue LED daytime running lights.
As for the 300cc version, the K-XCT is equipped with a single-cylinder 4-stroke OHC engine with 4 valves, liquid cooling, a power output of 24.1 kW (32 hp) at 8,000 rpm, and a torque of 33.9 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The starter is electric, the transmission is an automatic CVT, and the fuel injection is EFI. The chassis is a double-cradle tubular frame; the front suspension is a hydraulic telescopic fork, while the rear uses twin shock absorbers. As for the brakes, both the front and rear use discs.
An interesting machine in both its 125cc and 300cc versions, and although we will have to wait until mid-March, the new Kymco K-XCT is already attracting a lot of attention, so it has everything it needs to become one of the most interesting urban scooter models on the market.
