Tomorrow the last official 125cc and Moto2 test kicks off at Jerez

This weekend the Moto2 and 125cc categories will hold the final test of the 2010 pre-season, so it will be the last chance for riders and their teams to have everything ready for the start of the championship on April 11 in Qatar.

The chosen venue is the Jerez circuit, where all the riders from the Championship’s smaller categories will gather for three days starting Saturday, with special attention on Moto2 and on the riders who have stood out in the previous official tests, including Toni Elías, Kenny Noyes, Julián Simón, Jules Cluzel, Claudio Corti and Alex De Angelis.

All of them will have packed days of work and set-up, especially if they want everything ready for the start of the season. It also looks like we will see some dry training sessions, which will be very important because the weather has affected this pre-season a great deal.

The 125cc category will also be present at the Andalusian track with a group of favourite riders, among them standout Marc Márquez, who has shown great pace with his Derbi from the Red Bull Ajo Motorsport team.

But the Catalan is not the only one. Among the riders who look set to set the pace in 2010 we find Pol Espargaró, Efrén Vázquez, Bradley Smith and Nico Terol, so Spanish riders are in every bet for the 125cc category.

Now we have to wait and see how these training sessions go, since they will be one more indication ahead of the 2010 season.
