2019 Motorcycle World Championship Schedule at the Sepang Circuit, in Malaysia
The Motorcycle World Championship will hold its penultimate round of the 2019 season at the Sepang Circuit, in Malaysia, this weekend, so the action of the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 World Championship returns after the tests in Japan and Australia.
We arrive at this round with the MotoGP and Moto3 Champions already crowned, but the Moto2 title is still to be decided, so the greatest excitement will focus on the intermediate class race and on the battle between Álex Márquez, who currently leads with a 28-point advantage over Tom Luthi, the second-placed rider, although Brad Binder and Jorge Navarro also have more complicated chances.
For its part, MotoGP will arrive with a Márquez who seems unstoppable in these last races, although the Yamahas have given him trouble in every race, with Fabio Quartararo and Maverick Viñales. We will see whether the rest of the rivals can step up in this penultimate race of the year. Meanwhile, in Moto3 we already have a Champion: Lorenzo Dalla Porta secured the title at the Phillip Island round; therefore, the excitement will be watching the remaining participants fight for a good result.
