Moto2 CEV

Day 2 and final day of the CEV test at the Circuit de Catalunya

The two days of private CEV testing at the Circuit de Catalunya ended today with a lot of work done for everyone, so good days on the Catalan track preparing what will be the fourth round of the national championship season.

Today the Spanish Speed Championship test at the Circuit de Catalunya ended. Several riders took part in these two days of set-up work for the fourth CEV round on the Catalan track, so there was a lot of hard work, setup changes and action for all the participants and teams.

We don’t have official times, so we can’t talk about the fastest rider, but about the work we saw on track. Today we could see Jordi Torres, Carmelo Morales, Kyle Smith and Berto López in action; yesterday we couldn’t see them, so they made the most of every minute to improve their respective machines ahead of the next national round at this same track.

We were able to see riders and teams from all categories, from Moto3 to Stock Extreme and through Moto2, with a lot of movement during these private tests. There were also several crashes and off-track excursions, with quite a lot of wind on track both days, but good conditions, with a small appearance of rain yesterday afternoon, though barely anything, and they were able to keep riding.

Below you can see a small list of the participants in these two test days at the Catalan track, some for just one day, others for both days.
