Bou and Raga win the Trial Outdoor World Championship rounds in France

The Trial Outdoor World Championship has held a new round of the 2015 season this weekend, and it did so over two very intense days full of non-stop action, so there is great anticipation to see our riders once again demonstrating why they are the best in this discipline.

The first day ended with a victory for Toni Bou, who scored 21 points despite a mistake, a mistake that still made him the best, and he managed to be the best of the first day, while Adam Raga took second place with 39 points and Takahisa Fujinami completed the podium. With this result, the overall standings were led by Bou with 180 points, followed by Raga 37 points behind.

On the second day we saw a very strong Bou again, but the young rider made two mistakes on the second loop, which left him behind the winner of the day, Adam Raga. This ended the streak of nine consecutive victories by the Repsol Honda team rider in the 2015 World Championship, undoubtedly the most anticipated moment of this new round.

Finishing in second place in a round where Adam Raga took the victory by four points, while Jeroni Fajardo completed the podium, far from the leaders. With this result, Bou keeps the overall lead with a 34-point advantage over Raga himself.

The Trial World Championship will continue next week in Andorra, where the town of Sant Julià de Lòria will host the sixth Grand Prix of the season. The members of the Repsol Honda team will return to action in the small Pyrenean country on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July.
